Now is the time to be bold, fast, and clear as we envision and navigate the future.   Medical Affairs is helping lead Lilly’s efforts to maximize the value we bring to patients and other stakeholders. You play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. Leaning into that role, we will identify and address clinical care gaps, generate evidence, and share content across channels.   Maximizing our shared impact requires committing to our individual and collective development. The learning we are embarking on will help everyone in MATT build a shared body of knowledge and skills.   All Medical Affairs employees are required to complete an assigned Role group journey. Each Role group journey presents online learning activities sequenced into tracks. Activities were reviewed, selected and designed with input from your peers.
